Signature Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a successful and fast-growing FMCG business in the hunt for a professional Customer Planning Coordinator.
You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with customers to deliver a high standard of commercial support.You will be the primary point of contact for our internal sales team for all sales, marketing and operational enquiries.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract.Responsibilities:
- Regular sales calls with customers to introduce and sell new promotional offers.
- Processing of customer orders quickly and efficiently
- Handling customer complaints professionally
- New Business enquiries
- Identify warehouse picking issues which are highlighted by nonshipping, ensuring deliveries are made in a timely manner.
Experience required:
- Customer Service experience
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage own time effectively and team workload.
- Strong computer skills
Based on the outskirts of Bristol the office is quite hard to reach by public transport, so your own transport will be needed for when the team are back in the office.
