    Description

    Do you have strong line management experience along with good communication skills? If yes, Signature Recruitment is looking for a full-time Programme Manager to join a team with our client, a Higher Education establishment in London.

    This is a full-time role with an immediate start for a six-week contract with the possibility to extend. The role is hybrid with two days on campus and three working from home.
    As a Programme Manager, you will have good line management experience and enjoy working flexibly with a team. Duties include directly overseeing members of the team and managing daily performance. This may include recruitment through to induction, probation and performance management. You will enable development, planning training activities and complete exit processes as necessary.

    Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager you will provide leadership and line management to the Programme Officer and Senior Programme Officer roles.

    You will excel in project management and be confident managing a team through a period of planning, reorganisation and the introduction of new teaching systems.

    Line management within a large team
    Project management working with Programme Directors on distance learning and other new processes as required
    Initiative to investigate and respond to formal and informal complaints within deadlines. Represent the Faculty in wider university activities and committees
    Be proficient in data gathering and consolidating information
    A proactive planner with experience and expertise in project/change management
    A strong, positive, and approachable communicator who works well with stakeholders, building relationships and effectively achieving results
    Proficient in the use of databases and student records systems such as SITS
