Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:
You'll be part of our Survey & Robotics team, acting as the main point of contact between our key clients and internal teams. Your role is key to ensuring repeat business from our existing clients through superior client service.
You will understand our clients wants and needs, suggesting solutions to solve them and work with them through any issues which may arise during their projects.
You will keep our clients in the know; making sure they're aware of any developments within Ashtead Technology and also how our latest equipment can positively impact their operations.
You will also build strong relationships internally, liaising regularly with our workshop and technical support teams to ensure products are delivered to our clients and supported thereafter.
