We're actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on defined packages of work and assisting the projects Senior PM in overall project delivery efforts.

Key DutiesDirect and manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from inception through completion especially in the implementation of specific packages of work.
From defining base line scope, programmes and allowances together with the procedures for management of requests for change to allowance/budgets in advance of Project Execution Plan issuePreparation of the Project Execution Plan for the execution of all project activities in accordance with the Company Business Operating Procedures and specific Client/contract requirementsDevelop the organisational structure for a multi-disciplined team from nominated resources essential for the successful execution of the projectDefine the policies and processes for clear communications to all parties involved in the projectManage the preparation and regular update of the Project Schedule against which all project deliverables are monitored and controlledInitiate and review engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, shipping, sub-contract, project operations and site activity to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedule requirements and Company legal obligationsOptimise completion of deliverables, equipment and services for most cost effective shipment to Client's siteReview Project Financial status and manage change control, taking action to mitigate liability for overrun, variations or third party claimsReport progress in compliance with the Project Execution Plan mandatesKey AccountabilitiesDeliver complete Customer satisfaction Deliver and close out on time, first time to specification and qualityPoint of contact and liaison/communication between Company, Team and ClientProject Budget management and authority for approval of project expenditureEnsure compliance with the Company's Quality Policy and Business Operating Procedures recognising specific Customer driven requirements as defined in the Project Execution PlanEnsure competent staff and equipment resource is maintained for the various stages in the life cycle of the project.
Review staff development needsCommunicate to ensure complete awareness of all team and contractor members of interface roles and responsibilities to achieve global project objectivesIdentify, review and manage project risk avoiding/minimising financial exposureManage Project Reporting throughout the life cycle of the project on an open, no surprises basisControl of Project Close Out and determination of close out strategyMaintain a proficient, ethical and cooperative approach with Client, Contractors and Team MembersCompliance with SQEP and LTQR
