Head of Reward / Senior Manager - RewardPermanent
LHH have partnered with a leading private sector business based in the Midlands to search for a highly skilled and experienced Reward & Benefits expert.
As the Head of Reward, you will play a critical role within the HR function, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with our client's business objectives.
In this stand-alone role, partnering with senior HR colleagues, you will have a deep understanding and knowledge of creating remuneration approaches that support our client's ambition.
This pivotal role requires you to work closely with the HR Director and their team in shaping the organisation's approach to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of fairness, transparency, and equity.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the organisation's business goals and objectives.Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of colleague benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function.
Deep understanding and knowledge of compensation principles, practises, and methodologies, including job benchmarking.
Experience designing and implementing comprehensive benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, or supporting wellbeing initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to drive decision-making.
