    Description

    As an Investment Strategy Consultant and Flight Fund, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our portfolio brands and founders.

    You will offer consultancy services and support across a wide range of business-related functions, from our smaller investments to larger, established brands.

    You will coordinate the execution of our contracted obligations with the personal branding team and the brands', and additionally provide day-today support services.


    Supporting Portfolio Brands and Founders:
    Provide comprehensive support and guidance to portfolio brands and founders, ensuring their success and growth within the portfolio.

    Ensure that Steven remains available for contracted services and engagements, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between him and portfolio brands.

    Offer consultancy services across various business functions, including marketing, operations, finance, and strategic planning, tailored to meet the unique needs of each brand.


    Monitoring Portfolio Performance:

    Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio brands and investments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio brands, founders, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

    Proven experience in investment management, portfolio management, or a related field.
    Strong understanding of business operations, finance, marketing, and strategic planning.
