    Accounts Payable and Payroll Assistant – salary - £27kHome From Home Care are a market leading organisation at the forefront of innovative Care and Technology.

    Developing our range of services, we are looking to expand our in-house finance team by recruiting an Accounts Payable and Payroll Assistant to be based in Lincoln.


    The Role:

    • With day-to-day accountabilities to both the Accounts Payable Manager and the Payroll Manager.
    • Review the coding of invoices to ensure that expenditure is correctly coded in the ledgers.
    • Resolve any queries regarding invoices being paid and liaise with invoice approvers, as necessary.
    • Help prepare payments for the weekly payment run.
    • Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure all staff are paid accurately.

    The Person:

    • Accounting qualification – minimum of AAT Level 2 or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year's experience of working in accounts payable and/or payroll.
    • Good understanding of the importance of having correctly coded financial transactions.
    • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
    • Good level of IT literacy essential.
    • Flexible "can-do" approach.
    • Previous experience with Netsuite and an AP Invoice Automation Solution an advantage.
    • Previous experience of submitting RTI returns to HMRC an advantage.
