Multi Skilled - Team Member (Immediate Start Required)
**40-hour week Mon

Friday hours of work will be within 7am to 5pm including Bank Holidays.**We are looking for a flexible team member to work in different departments of the business depending on business need. You need to be resiliant to change and be a fast learner.

In this role you will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers doors (no matter what the weather is doing, covering our drivers holidays).

As such, you will enjoy meeting people and always be willing to go above and beyond what is expected.

Along with this, you will be working within our coldstore (covering holidays) that runs at a chilly -20oc.

Protective clothing designed to deal with this temperature will be provided so you won't be cold, but accuracy in your work is essential as you are picking orders for some extremely vulnerable customers.

When not covering holidays you will be working as part of the wider office team. We encourage movement between teams to provide flexibility, job satisfaction, personal development, and knowledge of the whole business.

Responsibilities
Providing support in all business area's as required, which will include:

Delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely manner
Picking orders within the coldstore with another team member
Using our driver app to update customers deliveries
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times, via telephone, and whilst out and about
Undertake preshift inspection of your van when in use and ensuring your driving remains damage free
Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
Clean and refuel the van as and when needed
Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
Ensure customer confidentiality
Supporting the office team including taking telephone orders and making outbound calls to customers and prospects. Ensuring each customer is provided with an exemplary service on each call or contact.
To support the business with door drops whilst out on deliveries to promote round growth.

Qualifications/Personal Qualities

Essential:

Experience within a customer servicebased role
Full UK Manual Driving License
Confident using a personal computer to manage and process orders
Must be confident with the use of phone apps
Confident telephone manner
Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work
Numerate and good written English, GCSE Math's and English Standard or equivalent
Able to work to deadlines
Evidence of work stability

Desirable:

Experience of multidrop delivery role
Experience within a carebased role
Warehouse experience
Experience or working in a team environment
Health & Safety awareness

Personal Qualities

Friendly, approachable and reliable
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Good attendance and timekeeping

You must have held a UK manual driving license for at least 10 years.

As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a Standard DBS Disclosure.

£10.50 per hour
