    Description

    We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Workplace Solutions Team based in North Essex - Colchester.

    Location: North Essex - Colchester

    Contract: Permanent – Full Time

    What will you be responsible for?

    As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, supporting them in carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.

    Your day to day will include:

    • All M&E, water Hygiene and fabric across both sites.
    • You will ensure all M&E plant equipment data is kept up to date.
    • Ensure positive working relationships across our clients, customers, and office staff.
    • You will also be appointed as the LV Authorised Person for the contract.

    What are we looking for?

    This role of Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:

    • Experience in first line response of all Electrical & Mechanical equipment
    • Experience in, boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, generators and fire alarm
    • Electrical 18th Edition
