- Prepare and cook meals following a set menu for school guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service even during busy periods
- Adhere to high standards of food preparation, storage, and cleanliness
- Assist in overseeing meal service in the absence of the Head Chef
- Support kitchen operations including pot wash duties
- Prior experience in professional kitchen settings as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie
- Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and Health and Safety regulations
- Passion for the culinary industry and willingness to learn
- High energy levels and eagerness to contribute across all kitchen areas
- Any cookery qualifications such as NVQ are advantageous
- Competitive seasonal salary in Euros with French contract

Embarking on a winter season with Skibound is a truly unique experience. With a rich history of over 30 years in the industry, we provide an exceptional ski experience to aspiring skiers from around the globe, with a special focus on school and youth groups.
You will be stationed at one of our vibrant club hotels spread across three resorts in the beautiful French Alps, which are renowned for offering some of the finest skiing and après-ski experiences – Alpe d'Huez, Les Menuires, and Serre Chevalier.
