- Manage and Coordination of NPD projects, from formulation to approval.
- Implement develop plans in line with initial brief, focusing on costing and timescale.
- Responsible for managing the progression of each project.
- Cross collaboration with other departments
- Source new raw materials and suppliers.
- Experience within an NPD function within an FMCG company, ideally dealing with bakery and confectionary products.
- Degree in food science preferred.
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
