    Description

    Job Description

    High profile family office that is West-end based is looking to identify life style operational manager/Senior EA, candidates must be graduates.

    You will be part of the family office team and will report directly in to the Chief of Staff and the Principal.

    A great opportunity for someone who is operating at EA level and wants more responsibility.

    Main duties:

    • the smooth running of the Principal's business and personal life, including planning itineraries, booking travel, facilitating family life and coordinating business and personal logistics
    • correspondence, calls and a complex diary
    • effectively, efficiently and promptly with the Principal
    • household staff across the property portfolio
    • strong relationships and negotiating contracts and rates with external suppliers
    • and updating records, including inventories, documentation, logs and contacts
    • implementing and managing complex and diverse projects and purchases
    • with the Property and Household teams regarding the property, interiors and art portfolios
    • closely with Finance regarding record-keeping and budgets
    • with members of the wider team on firmwide projects and initiatives
    • seeking opportunities to streamline and optimise processes
    • out ad-hoc research, errands and requests.

    Skills

    Ideal candidates must be a graduate with proven lifestyle and private experience supporting an UHNW.

    Exceptional communicator with excellent organisational skills
