Macildowie are actively seeking anAccounts Assistant to work for a great business based in NG13, Nottingham.
This is
a temp to perm role, starting ASAP, and they are offering a salary from
£25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
hybrid model role, with 2 days working from home, and the rest from the office.
You will be working directly with the Financial Controller, lots of opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities and Duties include:
- Raising Sales Invoices on a weekly/monthly basis
- Allocating Sales/Purchase Ledger Cash
- Reconciling Sales Ledger Accounts
- Updating Cash Book
- Processing & paying expenses
- Sage Payroll
- Weekly/Monthly
- CIS reconciliation & payments
- PAYE/Nic payments/Pension payments
