- Evolving and managing a product vision and roadmap for the Energy Insight Product, utilizing internal and market data to derive insights for partners, making the product an essential part of daily channel management and enhancing its value with energy suppliers
- Leading a cross-functional team to enhance data and insights within the Energy Insight product through planning, execution, and feature launches
- Engaging in client meetings with the commercial team to showcase the latest enhancements to our supplier partners
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and establish success metrics, conducting market research and user interviews for idea validation
- Working closely with designers to create a top-notch product with user-friendly interfaces
- Defining key performance indicators to measure product success, monitoring performance, collecting user feedback, and iterating on features for continuous enhancement
- Demonstrated experience in B2B product management roles, a data-savvy individual who excels in deriving actionable insights from data
- Energy sector knowledge is beneficial but not obligatory
- Proven track record and enthusiasm for developing data products that drive business impact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders

About the role:
As an Insight Product Manager at Uswitch, you will spearhead the advancement of our leading Insight Data product, generating actionable insights for our partners. Your role will be crucial in driving business outcomes and shaping the future of our partnerships, enhancing the product to be indispensable to suppliers.
As the Insight Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceiving new features to launch and beyond.
You will establish and develop a diverse team of engineers, designers, and analysts, collaborating closely with various stakeholders, commercial teams, and supplier partners.
