    Payroll Team Leader


    Location:
    Milton Keynes


    Salary:
    £38,000

    We are working with a national business who are looking for a Payroll Team leader to come in and lead their growing team.


    Your Main Responsibilities:
    Manage the Payroll Team and process the payroll for over 10,000 employees.
    Ensure 100% accuracy across the payroll.
    Run monthly reports and complete pensions reconciliations.
    Train and mentor the payroll team.
    Ensure that all RTI's and statutory payments are processed on time and efficiently


    What You'll Need:
    Experience of managing a team.
    Strong payroll systems knowledge, along with manual calculations skills.
    Experienced with managing multiple payrolls.
    At least 4 years' experience in a similar role. Interested?
