    We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join our awarding winning, established practice at Dudley Vets for Pets.

    Proud owner of an ISFM Silver Certificate Cat Friendly Clinic award, a Compassion Understood bronze award and SPVS wellbeing award 2019, Practice Owner Jo is now looking for a Clinical Director to take on the day to day running of the practice. Jo Day, Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon BVSc MRCVS This role is the perfect steppingstone for an experienced vet to progress into a leadership role and inspire the current team in this exciting new phase of growth, whilst being instrumental in the direction the practice takes. You will have complete clinical freedom running the practice, with the support from established practice colleagues and our highly experienced support office team. You may even be interested in partnership in the future, and, if so, this is an option here too You'll be joining an excellent team with fellow vets who are keen to learn from you and develop their skills, as well as a four strong, experienced, and forward-thinking nursing team. Our clinical team our all supported by an incredible client care team lead by Sarah, our experienced Practice Manager. Our surgery is purpose built to deliver the highest clinical standards with some great facilities including operating theatre, 3 dedicated consult rooms, large prep area, x-ray room and isolation block with separate cat and dog kennels. We have all the equipment you'd expect from a solid GP practice and would be happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future, depending on your areas of interest. We already have a loyal client base with the potential for further growth, and cases can be worked up locally giving you the opportunity to develop any specific interests you have, with certification encouraged and fully funded. Along with a salary between £70,000 -£80,000 dependent on experience, we offer all the standard benefits (pension, healthcare, paid memberships, life assurance etc.) plus a few more, such as excellent career progression and exclusive lifestyle and shopping discounts (up to 20% off at Pets at Home). We're also happy to provide relocation packages from within or outside the UK, including visa sponsorship if needed (we're an A+ rated sponsor). Dudley Vets for Pets is a standalone practice with ample parking and just a short walk from local amenities and public transport links.
