- Directing and supervising the Business Partnering team, offering expert financial support and advice to budget managers throughout the organization.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop the yearly budget and long-term financial strategy.
- Supervising the creation of monthly management reports, quarterly projections, and yearly financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and taking the lead in preparing statutory financial statements.
- Actively seeking opportunities to enhance financial systems and procedures.
- Acting on behalf of the Head of Finance and representing the Group in meetings with external parties.
- Hold a CCAB (ICAEW / ACCA / CIPFA) or CIMA credential.
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in the education field.
- Robust management accounting and financial skills.
- Proven track record in producing annual statutory accounts and collaborating with external auditors.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
