Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to drive sustainable and operational change to create breakthrough benefits.

The role will involve you working closely with all departments in the business and having regular meetings with exposure to senior management.


As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of various design projects across the business.

Your role will involve collaborating with the wider marketing team and other teams across the business to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

What We Need from Yü:


Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Creating branded documents for contracts, price plans and more.
  • Designing brochures, flyers and other promotional materials, for digital and print.
  • Video storyboarding and creation.
  • Designing downloadable content, such as social media calendars, posters, and more.
  • Setting up templates for other teams in the business.
  • Adhoc design for signage, vans, merchandise etc.
  • Creative input to marketing projects.
  • Working closely with the Head of Content & Design on campaigns.
  • Working with the UX & Digital Designer to ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.

  • Passion for graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of HTML5 Ads
  • Knowledge of other software and design tools, such as Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of video editing and experience in video creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
