- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align service offerings with client needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Regularly review account performance, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Represent Vox Group at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand presence and client engagement.

- Proven experience in account management, especially within the travel and tourism sector.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strong communication skills, proficient in presenting and negotiating.
