Data Cleanse Specialist - Associate Consultant
LCP is a leading independent, owner managed pensions, investment and insurance consultancy in the UK and Ireland.

We help our clients leverage the latest technology and analytics across a range of industries to help them be at the forefront of data driven and digital solutions.

We now have an opening in our Pensions Administration department for a data cleanse specialist associate consultant with experience in managing and cleansing Pension Scheme data to join our team in Winchester.

The project work you will be doing will include assisting schemes as they prepare for buy-out/buy in, assisting with GMP data preparedness and the future Pensions Dashboard.

Other work will include helping schemes meet their regulatory data requirements and supporting the wider data team on internal projects (such as new business transition).

What qualities, skills and experience are we looking for?
Knowledge of DB pension schemes, along with working knowledge of other occupational pension schemes
Proves pensions project work - i.e. scheme events, data migration, re-calculation, analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Project
Experience carrying out complex manual pension's calculations
Client facing project management experience (Prince2 preferred but not essential)
Experience in producing and implementing project plans
