We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

You will play a key role in supporting our corporate & private clients utilizing your exceptional customer service and administrative abilities.

Based in Kings Hill, Kent, our office will be your initial working location for training, with the flexibility for a combination of office-based and remote work thereafter.

We're on the lookout for a skilled CSR – Corporate & Private Clients to join our Customer Operations Department at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you'll do

At CAF, each team member contributes to our impact, and as our Customer Service Representative, you will have a significant role in our operations.

If you have a passion for customer service and charitable donations, this role is tailored for you. We cater to both our Corporate and High Net Worth Private Clients, ensuring a smooth service experience for both our donors and the causes they support.

Responsibilities as a CSR:

Provide top-notch customer service to existing and potential clients
Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Communicate with clients via email and phone
Manage and support clients' tailored charitable programs
Promote our products and services proactively
