Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. The perfect candidate will have a solid recruitment background, outstanding communication abilities, and the knack for fostering and nurturing strong connections with clients and candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant at MLT, you will be instrumental in propelling our business growth and ensuring client contentment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and bringing onboard candidates.
Develop and uphold robust relationships with clients to grasp their recruitment requirements and offer customized solutions.
Utilize diverse sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top-tier talent.
Execute comprehensive evaluations of candidates, involving CV assessments, interviews, and reference validations.
Dispense expert counsel and support to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary standards, and professional progress.
Create and present in-depth candidate profiles to clients, emphasizing their competencies, background, and suitability for the position.
Negotiate job offers and employment conditions between clients and candidates.
Surpass individual and team targets for placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Remain informed about industry patterns, market advancements, and competitive scenarios to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Over 5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for (specific industry or sector) expertise.
Demonstrated success in placements and client relations.
Sound comprehension of recruitment best practices, employment regulations, and market trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal proficiencies.
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
High standards of professionalism, ethics, and discretion.
