    We are currently recruiting for a Registered Night Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team.

    Key Responsibilities of a Night Nurse Manager· Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct· Coordinate the planning and implementation of care· Manage and monitor service delivery· Deliver hands-on person-centred care· Maintain accurate records with our electronic care plans· Safe administration of medication· Assess, Plan, Implement and Evaluate care through developing individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents· Ensure Residents receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect· Involvement in working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals· Lead and supervise a team of care workers, including undertaking supervisions & appraisalsTo succeed as a Night Nurse Manager you will be * Registered with the NMC and hold a valid PIN * A team player who engages well with others * Strong communicator * Energetic and hard-working * Flexible and adaptable to change * Passionate about offering quality services and want to make a difference * A glass half full person, with a sense of humour and a positive attitudeAs a Night Nurse Manager we can offer you a great range of benefits, which include: * Competitive salary of £23.
