Sales Executive
£22,000 - £28,000 Basic DOE (OTE £2- 31K), Henfield (own transport essential)

Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Parking


The Role


Due to fantastic and continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a managed security equipment business in Henfield.

Working as part of a small and dynamic team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for building B2Brelationships, generating leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.


  • Outbound business to business calling
  • Lead generation/creating and monitoring sales pipeline
  • Recognising potential opportunities and understanding client's requirements
  • Creating long term and effective business relationships
  • Appointment setting
  • Selling the company's systems and services across the telephone to a variety of construction project stakeholders

Requirements:


We would expect the successful New Business Executive to have experience working in a Sales based position (telesales, estate agency or recruitment backgrounds are ideal).

As a predominantly telephone-based role, you will be very comfortable talking on thephone and have confident communication skills to initiate conversation and build rapport with prospective clients.
