Production operator
Quotient is recruiting for a Production Operator to join our Buffer and Reagent team within our Manufacturing Department.

The purpose of this role is to support the manufacture of high-quality diagnostic products in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

This role is based at our site near Penicuik (EH26 0BF). The role is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing product to meet specifications and agreed schedules.
Manufacturing Buffer & Reagent products and solutions that adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and TROPOS requirements.
Filtration and filling of product in clean room environments.
Accurate filling, labelling and packing of products.
Performing regular mathematical calculations.
Maintaining accurate stock control.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Mathematics
Strong Numeracy Skills
Basic IT Skills
Strong inter and intradepartmental communication skills with active participation in meetings.
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent spoken and written English
