Your role will be a cornerstone in the evolution of the business processes, ensuring that the systems support business growth and efficiency objectives.
Package and benefitsPermanent, Monday to Friday23 days holiday, increasing with the length of serviceFree parkingPension schemeEmployee bonus schemePaycare Employee assistance programmeDuties & ResponsibilitiesSystem implementation and configuration, supporting the rollout of WMS systemsWorking alongside the project team to customise platformsDesigning and delivering training programs for end users, to maximize the potential of the WMS systemsProviding ongoing support and refresher training as neededBecome the go-to advisor within the organisation for all matters related to WMS systemsMaintaining a collaborative environment by soliciting and synthesising feedback from all system usersInitiating and guiding discussions to identify potential enhancements and leading cross-functional efforts to implement system improvementsRegularly updating knowledge through industry research, webinars, and participation in relevant forums and conferencesProducing and updating user-friendly materials, including user guides, SOPs, and quick-reference sheetsProviding troubleshooting support, quickly addressing and resolving issuesDocumenting system configurations, changes, and processesActing as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external vendors or consultantsEnsuring that the WMS systems integrate seamlessly with other in-house systems and third-party applicationsEstablishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for system usage and efficiencyGenerating regular reportsSkills and experience Driving Licence is essentialWillingness to travel as needed for system implementation and supportExcellent written procedure and documentation standardsOrganisational and time-management skillsExperience in WMS platformsExperience in leading training room sessions and environmentsQuick learner who can learn new technologiesExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationA basic understanding of security and data privacy principlesKnowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365Technical expertise in integrating WMS with other IT systemsPlease Note:
