    Description
    Engineering Manager - Electrical Bias - Hybrid Role.

    We are looking for a skilled Electrical Bias Engineering Manager who will oversee the electrical engineering department, ensuring the efficient design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAN Bus technology and experience in a manufacturing setting. This is a hybrid role, requiring both on-site presence at our client's facility and remote work capabilities.


    Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Utilise CAN Bus technology for the development and integration of electrical systems.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and production managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all engineering activities.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

    Engineering Manager Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineering Manager / Automation Manager or similar.
    • Strong expertise in CAN Bus technology and its applications in electrical systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

    Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, permanent days.
