    Description

    Compliance & Workshop Controller

    Our Role

    Manage the day-to-day administration for both the Hired and owned Plant compliance. Ensuring all Plant maintenance is progressed and recorded, with a commitment to customer service and attention to detail.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Detailed below are the post holder's day to day core roles and responsibilities, please also see special conditions:

    Plant Hire Compliance


    •Planning Assets for PMIs, LOLERs


    •Liaise with authorised suppliers to schedule in assets for workshop attention.


    •Liaising with hiring companies to ensure planned maintenance is followed up.


    •Assist with daily workshop planning.


    •Assist with breakdowns, liaising between service agents and hiring company for progress.


    •Assist in ordering parts for plant repairs and maintenance.


    •Accurately entering data on maintenance system.

    Administration


    •Ensure all weekly service sheets are received.


    •Forwarding PMI records to hiring Co


    •Processing purchase invoices for Purchase Ledger entry


    •Identifying rechargeable items for billing


    •Sending estimates for repairs, as rehearsed with Head of Plant.


    •Audit asset records to ensure compliance.


    •Highlight warranty issues to minimise fleet costs.

    •Comply with all Eurohire policies and procedures as detailed within the company handbook.
