Description
You will:
- Work with the PR and Communications Manager and Senior Communications Officer to deliver the Wandle communications strategy and plans, that help deliver our organisational goals.
- Support the Communications team and colleagues across the organisation in making sure all communications and other materials are compliant with brand guidelines.
- Reflect the Wandle values and behaviours in everything you do to achieve the best outcomes for our customers
- Be the principal point of contact for our People team supporting the delivery of the People Strategy, and supporting, designing and measuring impact of employee and internal communications, and employer brand.
- Be the principal administrator for Wandle's internal communications channels including intranet, Workplace and newsletters.
- Source, develop and edit content for internal communication channels
- Coordinate the design, production and distribution of online and offline marketing communications
- Maintain and develop the communication forward planner, and measure impact of activity through regular reporting.
- Produce and publish content for social and digital media, and the Wandle website, in line with digital content plans
- Day to day monitoring of social media, and working with the Contact Centre to ensure inbound customer contact is appropriately managed
- Support the production of resident communication, including research, copy writing, multimedia content and liaising with designers
- Commissioning photography and film
What you'll need to have:
Experience, Knowledge, Understanding
- Interest in or experience of delivering communications in an agency or inhouse team
- Understanding of content production
- Understanding of the hybrid working environment, and delivering effective communications in a hybrid working environment
- Experience of supporting multiple projects at a time
- Ability to work well within a team, and work effectively with colleagues
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of targeting campaigns to different audiences
- Experience in managing digital and creative assets
- Experience following and protecting brand guidelines across a variety of formats
- Experience of using CMS, CRMS, design tools and social media tools
- Understanding of the role of good communication
