    Description

    Position: ServiceNow Solution Architect
    Salary: Up to £110,000
    Type: Full Time, Permanent
    Location: UK Remote with occasional travel to client site
    Start Date: ASAP

    Overview:

    Join our professional services team as an Architect, where you'll play a key role in defining best practices for architectural solutions across various projects. Take a leadership position in enhancing our internal capabilities. As a natural thought leader, actively participate in tech round tables and lunch & learn sessions, sharing your expertise and insights with the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies, defining roadmaps to meet business needs.
    • Support Sales and Pre-Sales with client interactions, proposals, and SOWs.
    • Develop and manage target design, policies, and standards for a stable architecture.
    • Own customer solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical teams.
    • Manage ServiceNow solution design for complex projects, ensuring best practices.
    • Provide advice on alternative options, risks, and impacts on business and architecture.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Engagement Managers on solution development.
    • Design MID server architecture and configure for applications like Discovery and Service Mapping.
    • Identify opportunities to add value to clients and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Drive improvements in technical capabilities, implementation methodology, and service offerings.
    • Mentor team members in implementation methodology, solution design, and ServiceNow configuration.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven leadership in developing solutions for client environments with expertise in areas like CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integrations.
    • In-depth knowledge of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions.
    • Familiarity with disciplined software release build/deploy processes and integration with internal and external systems.
    • Effective communication at all organizational levels, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions during project delivery.
    • Demonstrated mentoring capability in development and release management on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
    • Desirable certifications: CTA or CMA, ITIL Foundation, Certified CSM, ITSM, or ITOM Implementation Specialist.
    • Agile/SCRUM certification is a plus, and SC clearance is preferred.
