    Audit Manager - Public Sector or Commercial

    Audit Manager (Public Sector - Accountancy)

    Based in the UK (Offices in City Locations across the UK) - (flexible working) Permanent - salaries very competitive - including sign on bonus (Audit Manager to Audit Manager) We are looking to recruit an Audit Manager - UK City Locations This is a full-time role that offers flexibility in terms of hours and WFH. Permanent - salaries generous
    • We all know there is a shortage of Assistant Audit Managers - so are you frustrated because you are being held at this level?
    • Do you want to earn more, have more responsibility, take more of a leadership and strategic role?
    • You want to progress but simply don't have the time or energy to look?
    If this sounds like you then the opportunities I have could help you move forward. I am representing an Accounting and Advisory firm who work with a large range of clients across the UK. They have a large portfolio of Public Sector Clients and are looking for qualified Audit Managers with NfP and VfM experience to join their teams across the country. Essential Criteria:
    • Professional qualification ACA, ICAS, CA or ACCA with post qualified experience
    • Experience of managing a large portfolio of audit clients
    Desirable Criteria:
    • Experience of managing audits of large companies in addition to dealing with complex technical matters
    • Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
    • Experience of IFRS and auditing listed companies would be beneficial
    • Extensive experience of using audit software and Microsoft packages
