    Are you an experienced and passionateeducational leader seeking a new opportunity to make a meaningfulimpact in the field of special education A SEN School located inSurrey is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join theirteam as Deputy Head starting inSeptember.

    The Role:As Deputy Head of our SEN School you will play a pivotal role insupporting the Headteacher in the strategic leadership andmanagement of the school. Key responsibilitiesinclude:

    • Providing leadership anddirection in line with the schools vision values andobjectives.
    • Overseeing the daytoday operationsof the school including curriculum planning staff development andstudent welfare.
    • Supporting the implementationof policies and procedures to ensure high standards of teachinglearning and safeguarding.
    • Collaborating withstaff parents and external stakeholders to foster positiverelationships and promote a culture of continuousimprovement.
    • Acting as a role model and mentorto staff inspiring a culture of professionalism collaboration andinnovation.

    Requirements:To excel in this role candidates should possess the followingqualifications andattributes:

    • Qualified Teacher Status(QTS) and substantial experience in a leadership role within aspecial educational needs setting.
    • Strongknowledge of special educational needs curriculum pedagogy and bestpractices.
    • Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivateothers.
    • A commitment to promoting the wellbeingand academic achievement of students with special educationalneeds.
    • Flexibility resilience and acollaborative approach toleadership.

    Salary:This position offers a competitive salary on the Fringe LeadershipPay Scale L14L18 with a fulltime equivalent (FTE) salary rangeof.
