- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) on the network.
- Collaborate with the Incident Operations Center (IOC) to coordinate and execute repairs, providing regular updates on progress.
- Assist with customer connection setups and network expansion projects as needed.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer premises for repair or provisioning activities.
- Work collaboratively with various teams (e.g., provisioning, contractors) to optimize overall service delivery.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of testing equipment and escalate technical challenges appropriately.
- Update network records upon completion of tasks and follow job instructions diligently.
- Adhere to security protocols regarding access to customer information and comply with physical security requirements during site visits.
- Prioritize safety, adhering to all health and safety procedures and promoting a zero-accident culture.
- Demonstrate awareness of sustainability policies and integrate relevant aspects into work practices.
- Complete mandatory compliance training within designated timeframes.
- Install and manage switch and router infrastructures, including stock/material management.
- Perform optical fiber splicing, testing, and commissioning of circuits.
- Install and commission active equipment at customer premises and Points of Presence (PoPs) under supervision.
- Oversee delivery partners in optical fiber installation and testing, including third-party duct work.
- Conduct vehicle checks in line with company policies.
- Experience with Cisco configuration.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed individually and within a team.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive safely.
- Experience with test rod and rope operations, civils, cabling, splicing, and testing, preferably in field-based roles.
- Working at height experience and relevant training.

- Proficiency in producing high-quality survey and site visit reports.
- Familiarity with telecoms installation and testing equipment, as well as hand power tools.
- Experience with Cisco configuration.
