    Field Application Engineer - London, UK (Remote) - £60, ,000 + Benefits

    We are currently partnering with a leading Renewable Energy company specializing in power electronics, thermal management solutions, infrastructure solutions and renewable energy products, including battery storage systems and solar inverters.

    They are a global company offering a diverse product portfolio, committed to promoting sustainability by developing energy-efficient technologies and solutions to help reduce the impact of climate change.

    The job:

    As a Field Application Engineer, you will be a pivotal part of their dynamic team, providing technical support to their valued customers. Your main focus will be on applications within Energy Storage Systems and Power Systems in commercial, industrial and charging applications.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams
    • Support the management of technical customer requirements together with the product management and development team.
    • Assist in identifying new market opportunities.
    • Occasional on-site technical support at the customer site for complex technical challenges
    • Conduct planning, installation & service trainings

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent beneficial.
    • 3-5 years of experience with Energy Storage Systems.
    • Excellent technical knowledge related to integration of different systems.
    • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
    • Customer focus, good communication and interpersonal skills
