    Responsible for:
    As a Senior Manager Silicon Carbide Process Integration, you will contribute to the success of Vishay through driving best-in-class processes and yield performance with your leadership and expertise in SiC process integration and project optimization


    Job Location:
    This position is located Newport, UK.


    What you will be doing:
    Design, develop and qualify semiconductor SiC wafer fabrication processes.
    Develop new wafer process modules for SiC wafers.
    Execute major process development and/or integration tasks and build up products.
    Maintain, and improve process modules including design rules, structural and electrical specifications.
    Design critical experiments and analyze data.
    Identify, quantify key module deficiencies/technology gaps, and drive cross-functional teams to address.
    Assist in the transfer of a new technology from R&D to manufacturing ramp and qualification.
    Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers.


    What you will bring along:
    Master's or B.S.

    degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology and/or MicroelectronicsMinimum 3 years' relevant working experienceKnowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technologyHands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on furnace equipmentExperience with manufacturing and standard cost environment required with exposure to Semiconductor process-oriented environments preferredExposure to lean manufacturing concepts is highly desirableMust clearly and concisely present and interact at a leadership levelExcellent problem-solving skills – able to identify problems and/or opportunities for improvement and assesses viable solutions.

    Develop and execute comprehensive action plans.
    Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, including ability to assess and manage priorities.
    Effective communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical expertise.
    Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Must be able to build rapport with Operations and cross-functional colleagues and be able to foster collaborative relationships.
