The seasoned investment team boasts a proven track record of over two decades delivering superior risk-adjusted investment returns at leading financial institutions, coupled with more than 8 years of specialized expertise in Crypto investments. Our methodology revolves around meticulous bottom-up investment research geared towards pinpointing the premier large-cap crypto assets with robust network effects and substantial business moats.

    We are seeking a versatile Research Analyst to bolster our core team. This role presents a chance to join a rapidly expanding, high-performing investment fund in its early stages, acquire a wealth of knowledge, actively contribute to portfolio investment decisions, and engage in client-oriented presentations and events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focusing primarily on Crypto protocol research to unearth new Crypto investment prospects: Engaging with both emerging and established blockchain infrastructure and applications, monitoring CT and Discord for insights into new and existing protocols.
    • Developing investment reports that detail protocol growth, traction, and competitive advantages, and sharing these findings with the broader investment team.
    • Leveraging your time spent on CT and Discord to stay ahead of the curve on breaking news and offer unique insights.
    • Collaborating with our team to design real-time analytics and portfolio tracking tools, in addition to providing support with other administrative duties.
    • Contributing to the creation of marketing and client reporting materials, as well as participating in client-centric events.

    Desired Attributes:

    • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, Crypto enthusiasm, a proactive demeanor, a hunger for learning and development, a sense of humor, and a good dose of practicality.
    • Sharp lateral thinking and analytical prowess. Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Crypto, Traditional Finance, or Financial Technology, or a minimum of 2 years of active involvement in the crypto space with comprehensive knowledge of crypto ecosystems and cryptoeconomics.
    • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative investment research methodologies would be advantageous.
    • Ideally proficient in CT, Discord, PowerPoint, Excel, and crypto research tools (on-chain analytics).
