AldershotSalary: £27,000 + BenefitsHours: Monday – Friday(Mon-Thu, 7am – 4.30pm and Fri, 7am – 12pm)This role entails supporting the Group Stores Team Leader in the smooth running of the stores department.

To ensure success in this position you will need to be a self-motivated person who has the ability to work efficiently unsupervised and carry out duties in a safe and timely manner.

Receiving and despatching of stock to/from customers, toolmakers and other suppliersIssuing and receipt of consumables and non-stock itemsAdministering electronic records and paperwork in line with proceduresEnsuring the cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the off-site storage unitsSupporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles at the factoryControlling the recycling of cardboard waste from the factory using the cardboard bailer and the associated storage and tidiness of the areaDriving Company Vehicles- e.g.

Stores or warehouse experienceFull clean UK manual driving licenseCounterbalance Fork Lift Truck Basic Training accredited licenseAbility to work unsupervised and meet set deadlinesSelf-starter, self-motivatedGood communication skillsComputer literate i.e.

MS Office, knowledge of Sage X3 or similar operating systemMethodical & meticulous individual ensuring operating procedures for the stores are enforced on all levelsWell organized and focused on service delivery and receiptFlexibility during late / early deliveries.
