- Deliver top-notch, evidence-based nursing care and assistance to community service users.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
- Act as a primary caregiver for service users, ensuring consistent care and organizing services to meet individual requirements.
- Engage in crisis management and intervention, offering immediate help to individuals facing acute mental health challenges.
- Support service users in their homes and within the community to encourage recovery and social inclusion.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation and records according to professional and organizational guidelines.
- Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Demonstrate previous experience in community mental health settings as a Band 6 CPN or in a similar role.

- Have the flexibility to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
