Description

United Trust Bank's Asset Finance department boasts a team of professionals with decades of credit experience.

As a 'broker only' asset finance funder, we offer Hire Purchase and Finance Leasing solutions covering a range of Vehicle, Machinery and Equipment assets.

We are looking to hire an Operations Specilaist who will provide administration support of live agreements and general administrative Customer Services and In-life Operations duties.

Responsibilities:

To provide all customers with a welcome pack to UTB following the on boarding process.
Ensure all AF contracts are scanned and available on Virtual Cabinet for review.
Provide administrative support within the Customer Services team including calculating settlement figures, dealing with customer enquiries and updating customer details.
To perform bank reconciliations and post receipts correctly to the appropriate agreement.
To ensure that all end of lease activity is performed accurately.

Skills and Experience sought:

A working knowledge of Asset Finance (Hire Purchase, Leasing)
Strong attention to detail
A knowledge of Word and Excel and the ability to manipulate information databases
Ability to work with figures, manually calculate where necessary and translate information into reports
Ability to communicate accurately, both written and verbal
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight timescales with attention to detail.
