- Be the first line of escalation for payroll and benefit issues.
- Resolve daily employee pay, benefits, and pension inquiries.
- Support HR Business Partner in benefit renewal activities.
- Manage benefit promotions and coordinate services with vendors.
- Assist in company acquisitions, mergers, and transfers from a benefit perspective.
- Review salary and benefits internally and externally for consistency.
- Own payroll and benefit administration.
- Support annual salary review and bonus planning.
- Assist with UK Benefits portfolio on healthcare, pensions, company cars, and risk benefits.
- Be an advisor on projects with compensation and benefits impact.
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation and company policies.
- Support GDPR and EHS activities.
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or CIPP qualification.
- Previous compensation and benefits experience in a commercial setup.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
- Experience in UK benefits management.
- Numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits reporting tools.
- Team player with project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proficient in numbers.
- Experience with HR Information Systems.
- 5+ years in payroll administration.
- CIPP qualification.
- High IT literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
