Salary:
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Central London.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, and lease enforcement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Actively seek opportunities to enhance property value and maximize investment returns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial property management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., RICS, IRPM) preferred but not essential.
