Specializing in the design and manufacturing of advanced marine robotics, positioning and navigation technologies, the group in-house expertise includes innovative systems and solutions devoted to inertial navigation, subsea positioning, underwater imaging, as well as autonomous and remotely operated robotic platforms.

This is an important role in the Companys continued growth in the region. You will be responsible for supporting Exails sales development and marketing activities across multiple sectors in the United Kingdom & Ireland, and assisting other regions as needed.

Where ? Exail Ltd offices at Bridge of Don, Aberdeen (On-Site / Hybrid)

Responsibilities include:

· Assist in generating new leads: work with the sales and marketing teams in the planning & execution of various campaigns.

· Perform market research and strategic planning with responsible sales manager to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) in new and existing business areas.

· Help align sales & marketing efforts in the region between multiple stakeholders (Central Communications Team, product teams, graphics team, sales team, and partners).

· Assist the Central Marketing Team with content generation (case studies, interviews, press releases, etc).

· Coordinate local & regional events including exhibitions, conferences, workshops, training programmes, and assist the Central Events Team as needed.

Profile

1-3 years in a sales or marketing position, or relevant experience

Strong team spirit as job involves collaborative work with Sales Team, Marketing Team and Product Divisions in the UK, France, and abroad

Bachelors degree in business, or relevant field

Languages: English fluency is mandatory. French or other languages would be an advantage

Adaptability, able to work autonomously, ability to listen, empathy, enthusiasm, tenacity, curiosity, excellent communication skills, a good team player, strategic thinking

Must be eligible to work in the UK and possess a valid driving license and passport

Travel Requirements:

Understands that face to face interaction with our prospects is required in the UK & Ireland

Travel up to 15% of your time with occasional travel to France and abroad
