    The role: Our client is looking for two Administrative Assistants, one permanent and one temporary. As an Assistant Administrator, you will be the backbone of their administrative operations, providing invaluable support to the Admin Manager and the wider operations team. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, managing documentation and ensuring timely and accurate communication across all channels. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient workflows, from processing workers expenses to creating comprehensive job packs. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and delivering quality customer service.

    Package/Benefits:

    * £23,795.20 PA

    • Full time position and temporary position available
    • Office based
    • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
