This is a varied role and one where we are looking for someone who is customer focussed with an attention to detail, this role provides scope to learn and develop and progress your career.

Business Support Apprentice Administrator
What you'll be doing:
Providing administrative support for Entrust colleagues which includes:
- Providing cover for Reception
- Ensuring databases are maintained and updated accurately
- Handling bookings for training sessions
- Collating information for reports
- Scanning/photocopying/laminating/binding business documents
- Maintaining multifunction devices and reporting faults
- Support with processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Stock control of office equipment and stationery
- Adhering to processes and guidelines whilst identifying improvements
What we're looking for:
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and face to face)
- Competent IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 packages
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering work of high quality
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to adapt and be flexible to ensure business needs are met
- Strong organisations skills
- The ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- A commitment to continuous professional development
- An interest in education
- A minimum of five GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include English and Maths
