    Job Description

    My Client – Tech, Finance and Renewable Energy Recruitment Specialists

    Package: £24,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)

    What you need

    • Degree Educated
    • B2B sales experience would be ideal
    • You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment.
    • Have you played High Level Sport
    • High achievements and be able to show us where you have excelled

    Your role as a Recruiter

    • Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
    • Develop new business with target clients in your market
    • Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish
    • Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
    • Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best tech firms out there

    Virtus Talent are here to guide you through the interview process, make sure you are fully prepared for interviews and coach you on how to get your transferable skills and traits across in the interview. We will aim to secure you several interviews with several companies that you like the look of with the view of securing you several job offers.
