    Opportunities have arisen for a seconded B7 on our General/colorectal surgical ward.


    We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of patient care and experience and are looking for dynamic individuals who have experience at Band 6 level, working within a surgical environment to join our teams.

    This is an exciting time with our move to Midland Metropolitan University Hospital in 2024.

    We are recruiting a B7 Senior Sister / Senior Charge Nurse to lead our workforce to meet the needs of our patients for the future.

    Are you looking to be part of a dynamic organisation, with an overall aim to deliver exceptional surgical patient care?

    We are looking for a senior nurse to lead the team, to ensure a safe, effective & efficient service for our patients.

    You will participate in regular audit collection, be aware of budgetary requirements, and attend regular meetings.

    In preparation for our move to MMUH you will have opportunities to link in with our Project Management Team in planning for our future

    Current NMC Registration
    Post graduate qualification relevant to specialty
    Degree level qualification in health related subject- willing to complete management qualify within 12 months of appointment where not currently held
