About you:
The Role
As an Account Executive working in our Change of Ownership (COO/COT) or Midmarket customer service teams you will work with a range of small-medium enterprise (SME) business customers to understand their queries and seek a resolution, using investigation and analysis and working with colleagues across the business to ensure a timely resolution.

Working Pattern
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are , Monday to Friday.
