    Description
    We are currently recruiting for a prestigious client that is based in the East Midlands area. As a mobile engineer you will be working within Leicestershire, Nottingham and Derby.


    Duties:

    • To assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by the Service Office or your Area Supervisor / Line Manager
    • To undertake a comprehensive repair and maintenance service to mechanical / retail equipment at various locations throughout the UK.
    • To fit / strip retail equipment components, straighten and weld to the required standard and carry out general maintenance duties at various sites of work.
    • To carry out special assembly works on a variety of products within the service sector.
    • To carry out reactive maintenance and planned preventative inspections and testing on various electro-mechanical equipment.

    Requirements:

    • Must live local to the areas specified.
    • Full UK Driving Licence essential with minimal endorsements.
    • Must have a solid mechanical understanding, be reliable, customer focused and flexible.
    • Previous experience in MIG welding advantageous.
    • Ideally suited to individuals from a mechanical background.
    • Mainly working in external locations working from custom fitted vehicle.
    • To comply with the health and safety standards for Respiratory Protective Equipment, please note you must be clean shaven. There is alterative RPE supplied to those with relevant relgious beliefs or medical conditions.
    If successful you will be working on two different shift patterns.


    • Monday - Thursday (48 hours)
    • Tuesday - Friday (48 hours)
