- Working closely with the development team to provide technical expertise and support in terms of test automation.
- Ability to understand, analyze, evaluate and act upon business requirements forming the basis for Agile development approaches.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive Test Plans that include project scope, testing methodologies, execution plan and schedule.
- Proven experience in creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for specific product and application.
- Identify components to be tested. Define rapid, pragmatic and fit for purpose testing in alignment with the rest of the development squad/s.
- Follow best practices, promote industry standards and ensure our products are reliable with an excellent user experience.
- Knowledge of business requirements and their impact on delivery.
- Executes software quality assurance testing via automation tools.
- Ensures bugs reported in the Defect Management tool are complete, clear, concise and comprehensive. Other team members must be able to replicate and/or understand reported defects with all the necessary supporting information.
- Able to operate as an Analyst, Quality Analyst and Automation QA.
- Gather, analyze and summarize test results.
- This role requires manual testing 40-50% of the time, based on project need.
- At least 5+ years of working experience in QA working on varied types of software development projects
- At least 1 year experience in testing applications with Third Party integrations.
- At least 2 years working experience in a Senior QA position.
- An understanding of continuous integration/delivery.
- Background on testing Web Services using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong background on software development methodology such as scrum or Kanban.
- At least 2 years of automation background in any tools.
- Knowledge of Postman or similar tool
- Basic knowledge with PHP
- Experience with application load and performance tuning.
- Experience using web based task management and resource allocation tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with documenting test results and system behavior for stakeholders
- Experience in Agile Software Development using Scrum Methodology.
- Experience with TestRail will be beneficial
- Experience with Linux, git will also be beneficial.
- Experience with Payment Systems will also be beneficial.
- Experience with Online Gaming is preferred but not required.
- Good oral and written English communication skills

This role involves upholding the quality assurance process together with the team. The ideal candidate will adeptly interpret business requirements and offer insightful feedback, independently master new systems with team support, and comprehend the operational use of the systems by both internal and external users.
You will work in a multi cultural and geographically distributed team where most of the communication is happening online using audio and video conferencing tools.
