Thriving family-owned furniture manufacturing business that is going through substantial growth due to increasing demand for their quality bespoke products and services.

You will benefit from regular development reviews and mentoring. This is a very collaborative team environment, working in an open plan office alongside Operations, Customer Care, and Finance. Working hours are 9:00 to 5:00, Monday to Thursday with a 4:30finish on a Friday.
Free parking is available, as well as on the job training and development you will receive uncapped commission based on weekly targets of appointments booked.
The Essence of the role
Follow up on all customer enquiries with the intention to book an appointment with a design consultant who can offer advice on services on offer and secure an order, there is no cold calling required in this role.
Scope of the Telesales Executive
- Working alongside the marketing team to follow up on all inbound enquiries
- Qualifying the lead to ensure the design consultant has the best chance to close the sale
- Securing a design visit for potential customers with the nationwide design team
- Contacting a customers who are known to the company and show interest
Prerequisites
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role
- CRM experience ideally Salesforce
- Excellent telephone manner and communications skills
- Ability to work towards and exceed targets
